Outlook - Status Working Offline

My emails have been offline since 7:10 am. I have restarted several times. Still is not working. Can you look into this for me?

    Found Microsoft Outlook had been set to Work Offline (see attached pic).

    1. Open Outlook
    2. Click Send/Receive tab
    3. Click Work Offline w/Red X
    4. The status in lower right corner changed from Working Offline to Connected to Microsoft Exchange
